Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed upon payment through our booking partner Hospitable and the payment provider Stripe. The price shown at booking is the total price, including final cleaning.

Cancellation

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. 50% refund for cancellations up to 10 days before arrival. No refund for cancellations later than 10 days before arrival.

Damages and liability

No deposit is charged. The guest is responsible for damage to the house and its contents beyond normal wear and tear, and must report any damage as soon as possible.

House rules

Check-in from 4 PM, check-out by 11 AM. No pets. Smoking outdoors only. The maximum number of guests is as stated in the booking. Please be considerate of the neighbours; quiet hours after 11 PM.

Cleaning

The house is handed over cleaned. Guests are asked to tidy up and leave the house in an orderly state; final cleaning is included in the price.

Water activities

Use of the kayaks, the boathouse, and access to the water is at your own risk. Life jackets are available and must be used. Children must always be supervised by adults near the water and in the hot tub.

Hot tub

Used at your own risk. Follow the posted instructions. Children only under adult supervision.

There are outdoor surveillance cameras on the property (outdoors only), as also disclosed in the listing.
